
5 August 2025, Tuesday – The Office of the Deputy Vice‑Chancellor for Research and Innovation (TNCPI), along with the University Laboratory Management Division (BPMU), received a benchmarking delegation from the Resource Management Division of Malaysia’s Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Legal Office of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM). The purpose of this EKSA benchmarking visit was to provide insights into the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) at UPM. The visit commenced at approximately 10:00 AM, when the delegation arrived and was welcomed with a group photo session in the main lobby of the TNCPI Office. This was followed by a welcome address from Pn. Haslida Hassan, Deputy Director of Service Quality Assurance, UPM Quality Assurance Centre (CQA), and an EKSA implementation briefing delivered by Pn. Nurainakmal Kamal Bahrin, EKSA Coordinator at UPM. At 11:30 AM, the delegation toured a series of spaces, including Putra Learning Space Training Room, UPM Quality Assurance Centre (CQA) Office, Office of the Deputy Vice‑Chancellor (Research & Innovation, TNCPI), University Laboratory Management Division (BPMU). The visit concluded at 1:00 PM with a gift‑presentation ceremony for the visiting delegation.
