27th July 2026, Monday - The UPM Scheme C Training Management Committee under the University Laboratory Management Division (BPMU), Office of the TNCPI, UPM held the first Science Service Scheme (C) Training for the year 2026, which was the High-Tech Equipment Sharing Session - Electron Microscope, on the recent July 27, 2026. This sharing session was conducted online via Google Meet from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. For your information, the objective of this training is to enable laboratory staff to gain experience in specific science fields and equipment technicalities, as well as to enhance technical knowledge through the exchange of opinions and sharing of experiences among laboratory staff at UPM. The first sharing session regarding the Transmission Electron Microscope was delivered by Mr. Rafiuz Zaman from the Institute of Bioscience, while the second session continued with a sharing presentation on the Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope by Mr. Md. Ali Rani. At least 90 participants joined this virtual sharing session.
