Peace be upon you and Greetings.

Welcome to the official website of the University Laboratory Management Division. All praise is due to Allah, as it is by His permission that this official website has been successfully developed and is now available for all internal and external visitors. The primary purpose of this website is to serve as a platform for information and an effective channel regarding the management and activities conducted by this division.

On this occasion, I would also like to express my highest appreciation to the UPM Top Management for trusting me to lead BPMU UPM starting from February 3, 2026.

For everyone's information, the University Laboratory Management Division is one of the entities under the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation). BPMU is a responsibility center that plays an important role in ensuring the effective execution of its seven main functions: Management of Training and Competency for the Science Service Scheme (C), Laboratory Quality Management, Management of Research University Funds (RU), Management of the Central Equipment Management System (CEMS) and Revenue Generation, Management of the 9th Malaysia Plan (RMK) and University Funds, Management of Chemical, Consumable, and Gas Procurement, and Management of Human Resources for Scheme C.

In facing this challenging era, I urge all BPMU UPM staff to remain committed, competitive, and proactive in providing outstanding services to all parties, especially in the field of university laboratory management.

In conclusion, I hope the establishment of this official website for the University Laboratory Management Division will benefit and inform visitors while ensuring the best services are delivered for the excellence of university laboratory management.
